An initial inspection was completed on 1/9/2024 from 2:00pm to approximately 3:15pm.
The director was contacted, and the inspection as scheduled for the above date and time. The applicant intends to operate a Child Day Center for up to 40 children, ranging in age from 2.5 -12 years old. The Inspector reviewed the owner and director records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. A tour was given of the entire facility to include areas where children will be cared for, bathroom facilities, kitchen and gross motor play areas were inspected. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan and required postings were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. A six-month conditional license is recommended to allow the applicant the opportunity to demonstrate continued compliance with the Standards for Licensed of Child Day Center. All future inspections will be unannounced. The first unannounced inspection will be conducted within 60 days from the date the license is issued.
