An announced initial subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and concluded on February 27, 2024. The licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 10:00 am until 11:30 am. There were no children in care and one caregiver and one household member present. The inspector reviewed 1 caregiver record, 1 assistant record, 1 substitute provider record, and 1 household member's record. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. A monitoring inspection was also conducted on this date. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the voluntary registration standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were cited as a result of this inspection.
