The following areas of CDC standards were reviewed with administrative staff:
1. Posting of emergency phone number for 911/poison control beside the telephone in the SA building.
2. A working battery operated radio should be on hand in the SA building.
3. Review written allergy list to ensure current information is documented.
4. Clearly indicate the areas, on the posted evacuation plan, for sheltering in place in the event of an emergency.
5. Repair and/or remove picnic table with cracked plastic and the wooden play boat with an area of rotten wood.

An announced initial inspection was initiated on 05/15/2024 at 2:20 pm and completed on 05/15/2024 at 5:30 pm.
The facility and outdoor play areas were reviewed and measured.
The inspector reviewed equipment, emergency procedures and supplies, medication and record keeping. Policies and procedures discussed with administrative staff.
Supervision and program implementation will be reviewed once the license is issued and the facility is operational.
No violations were found at this initial inspection.
