Comments:
An announced Initial inspection was conducted on April 8, 2024 from 10:05am to 1207pm. There were no children present. The Provider and 2 household members records were reviewed and one was found incomplete. Overall, good recordation system in place. The home was found clean and supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for the children.. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of 7 children. The Provider plans to complete the MAT training so currently no medications are administered. Emergency procedures, provider contract, First Aid/CPR certification was verified. Two cribs found on site and meet the CPSC requirements. Violations found today during this inspection were reviewed with provider and an appropriate corrective action was provided. Description: Based on observation, the posted telephone numbers were not posted in a visible area close to the telephone.
Evidence:
1. A 911 or local dial number for police, fire and emergency medical responders, responsible person for emergency backup care, and the regional poison control center numbers were not posted.
