LI and provider discussed Standard 510 -child shall be provided with an individual crib and Standard 680 - handwashing before serving and eating.

An announced initial inspection was conducted on April 17, 2024, beginning at 10:30 a.m. and ending at 12:49 p.m. with the provider. There were three children, ages 8months., 10 months and 14 months old, were in the care of one caregiver for a total of 12 points. The children were observed playing with age appropriate toys. Three children?s records were reviewed. The provider and three household member?s records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. Not all of the areas of the standards were able to be assess during this inspection.
