1:1 consultation with the vendor regarding LOH standards and requirements as an LOH. Sent Provider all required forms and reviewed each form needed for the child records and additional appropriate LOH forms.

An announced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today beginning at 10:30am and ending at 11:45am. There were no children in care with the vendor/provider. The daycare space was reviewed and 1:1 consultation regarding LOH requirements was given.
