An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 04/25/2024 from 10:25 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. There were 56 children ages 6 months through 5 years old under the supervision of 11 staff. Infants were observed during playtime, transition and lunch. Toddlers, two, three year, four and five olds were observed during lunch. Transition time and playtime were observed. Classroom, the playground, supplies, materials were observed.
Four staff, two board officer and six records were reviewed. Staff training was reviewed. The program does not administer medication.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
