Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted June 4 2024 between 10:00am and 11:30am. There were 87 children in the direct care of 22 staff members. Children were observed transitioning between stations, working on long term educations project regarding famous explorers, having circle time, eating snack, and washing hands. New season staff records, child records, the health inspection, programming, and the physical space was reviewed and inspected. A citation is listed on the violation notice. Description: Based on observation, the center did not ensure that cleaning materials are kept in a locked place.

Evidence: A cleaning agent was located in the bathroom on a high shelf. The cleaning agent was not locked.
