Staff development activities may include up to two hours of training in first aid or CPR. Staff development activities may not include training in medication administration and daily health observation.

The time of parent notification shall include the actual time the parent was notified of the injury.

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 10/17/2019 from 10:18 am - 12:10 pm. At the time of entrance there were 53 children in care with 6 staff. The children ranged in age from two years - five years. Children were observed during morning program time which included outdoor play. Lunch was also observed. The preschool class was on a field trip to the pumpkin patch and McDonald s therefore, field trip and transportation procedures were discussed with the assistant director.
Records were reviewed for eight children and five staff.
Medication, emergency supplies and injury documentation additionally reviewed.
