An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today in the Leopard Cubs rooms.
There were 12 children with 5 staff supervising.
Children were observed sleeping quietly in the room while another group was observed playing on the playground.
2 staff and 3 child records were reviewed. All were complete.
Cribs were labeled, bottles were labeled and dated, first aid and emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills (including shelter-in-place and lockdown) medications, and topical ointment authorizations were all in compliance today.
Due to caseload adjustments, your next inspection will be with a new inspector.
