An announced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/3/24. A review of staff personnel files was conducted by inspectors, Keesha Minor, Jessica Willis, Sarah Zirzow and Mahrukh Aziz at the Campagna office. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations
