An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on May 2, 2024 between the hours of 11:00am - 12:30pm. There were 52 children present, ranging in ages from two to five years, with 8 supervising staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision and procedures. A total of 6 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice. Please submit your plan of correction within five business days in order for it to be included on the public website. 1) Staff # 1 (date of hire: 08/2023) did not have a record of a criminal history record information check, a sex offender registry check, or a search of the child abuse and neglect registry or equivalent registry from any state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years on file.
