Comments:

An unannounced mandated renewal inspection was completed on 11/22/2021. The on site inspection on 11/22/2021 took place from from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. Jewish Family Services provides adoptions services, home study and post-placement supervision services, and parental placement services. The agency currently has 33 families approved and waiting for placement. The Director of Clinical Services and the Adoption Social Worker were present for the inspection and the exit interview at the end of the day. Four adoptive home records were reviewed. Background checks for five additional families approved since the last inspection were reviewed. One personnel record was reviewed. Background checks for four corporate officers and 2 agents were also reviewed. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child Placing Agencies.
