This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A renewal inspection was initiated on 2/02/21. The inspection was concluded on 2/09/21. The agency reports 39 families approved in various stages of the adoption process. The Senior Director of Clinical and Support Services was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. The inspector emailed the Senior Director of Clinical and Support Services a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed documents from 5 provider home records and 8 personnel records submitted by the agency. Background checks for 4 corporate officers and 1 agent were reviewed in compliance with regulations regarding license renewals. An exit interview was conducted on 2/09/21 with the Senior Director of Clinical and Support Services. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
