Comments:

An unannounced mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on October 23, 2019 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and on October 25, 2019 from 10:00 to 2:00 at Commonwealth Catholic Charities located at 1601 Rolling Hills Drive. The agency reports no children in their custody at this time. The Program Manager and the Foster Care Director were available for the inspection and for the exit interview at the end of the second day. The agency is currently working with 25 foster children and youth. During this inspection, two adoptive home records, four foster home records, and three foster children's records were reviewed. Background checks for seven foster homes that were approved since the last inspection were also reviewed. Three personnel records were also reviewed. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child Placing Agencies.
