Type of inspection: Renewal Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 05/08/2023 from 9:30a.m. to 3:30p.m. The Licensing Inspector met with the Director of Foster Care to initiate the inspection and concluded an exit with the Director of Foster Care, Chief Quality Officer, and the Chief Engagement Officer. Observations by licensing inspector: posting of the license and inspection documents was observed. An exit meeting was conducted on the date of inspection. There were no major changes made to the policies or procedures since the last inspection. The licensee produced an annual report for the licensing inspector to review. Board Officers were reviewed during the inspection. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined (0) violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
