Type of Inspection: Monitoring A monitoring inspection was initiated on 6/4/2024 and concluded on 6/7/2024. The Director of Foster Care Services was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The Director of Foster Care Services reported that the current census was (7). The inspector emailed the Director of Foster Care Services a list of items required to complete the remote documentation review portion of the inspection. The inspector reviewed (1) resident record, (2) staff records, (2) foster home records, all background related documentation per agency standards submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. Licensing specialist had discussions during exit meeting about reportable serious incidents involving children, clearly defined job description for interns and monthly documentation to include details that are varied and concise when providing updates on youth. An exit interview was conducted with Director of Foster Care Services on 6/7/2024, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection.
