Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An announced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/15/2020. The Executive Director responded to the notice of inspection and remained available during inspection. The agency reported 14 children in placement and 29 approved provider homes. During this inspection, two (2) foster child records and three (3) provider home records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the Executive Director. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations of the Standards for Licensed Child Placing Agencies. No violations were issued.
