An unannounced inspection was conducted on 1/08/2020 from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 12/16/2019. The complaint involved the communication and services provided by the licensed child-placing agency. The foster parents were interviewed on 12/24/19. Four staff members were interviewed on 1/08/20. An acknowledgement form was signed on this date by the Child Placement Services Director on 1/08/20. Contact notes, monthly reports, quarterly reports, emails and texts related to the foster children were reviewed on 1/09/20 and 1/16/20. The legal guardian was interviewed on 1/10/20.
The complaint has been determined to be as invalid. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Licensed Child-Placing Agencies.
