Comments:

A complaint was received alleging the licensee violated 22VAC40-131-230-J of the Standards for Licensed Child Placing Agencies. An unannounced onsite visit was conducted on 10/16/2019 from 9:20 a.m. to 12:26 p.m. at the Roanoke office. Two foster child and one provider home record were reviewed. Foster Care Supervisor S1 was available for the entrance conference and remained available during inspection to answer questions. Two Foster Care Supervisors (S1 and S2) participated in the exit interview. The Director of Foster Care and Independent Living (S3) participated in the exit interview by phone. information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation so the complaint is determined to be ?not valid.?
