Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An announced mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/2/2021 and 2/3/2021. The licensee reported 15 children in foster care and 16 approved provider homes. During this inspection two (2) foster child and two (2) foster home records were reviewed. The agency's COVID-19 policies and procedures were reviewed. The Regional Manager of Foster Care and Independent Living (RM- FC and IL) responded to the notice of inspection and remained available during the inspection. The RM- FC and IL and two (2) Foster Care Supervisors participated in the exit interview on 2/3/2021. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
