Comments:

A mandated monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/21/2021 and concluded on 09/23/2021. The executive director was contacted by telephone to conduct the inspection. The executive director provided information needed via email to complete the inspection. The agency reported 22 approved adoptive homes. The executive director was available for questions throughout the inspection. Two adoptive home records were reviewed. Background checks for one additional adoptive home and one employee were reviewed. The executive director was interviewed during the inspection. An exit interview was conducted by telephone on 09/23/2021 at approximately 10:05 am with the executive director to discuss inspection findings. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
