A monitoring inspection was conducted on August 17, 2022 from 9:25 am to 12:00 pm at the office of C2Adopt located in Henrico, Virginia. The agency reports a total of 18 approved adoptive families with 14 families waiting for placements. The Executive Director was interviewed as part of the inspection process and was also available throughout the inspection to answer any questions. During this inspection, two adoption home records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the Executive Director to discuss the inspection findings on 8/17/22 at approximately 11:40 am. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
