An onsite unannounced, monitoring inspection was conducted on March 14, 2022 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. The agency reports 19 approved providers. During this inspection, 3 adoptive home records were reviewed. Background checks for a 4th adoptive home approved since the last inspection were also reviewed. 1 personnel record was reviewed. The Executive Director was available for the inspection and present for the exit interview at the end of the inspection. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
