Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A renewal inspection was initiated on 7/20/2020. The inspection was concluded on 7/28/2020. The Executive Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The agency reports 16 approved provider homes. The inspector emailed the Executive Director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed documents from 2 provider home records and 4 personnel records submitted by the agency. Background checks for 5 provider home records approved since the last inspection were reviewed. Background checks for 3 corporate officers and 1 agent empowered to act on behalf of the corporation were also reviewed in compliance with regulations regarding license renewals. An exit interview was conducted on 7/28/20 with the Program Director. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
