Comments:

An unannounced mandated, monitoring inspection was completed on 1/24/2022. The on site inspection took place from from 9:45 am until 12:45 pm. Cradle of Hope provides adoptions services, home study and post-placement supervision services, and parental placement services. The agency reports 14 families approved and waiting for placement since the last inspection. The Home Study Coordinator was present for the inspection and the exit interview at the end of the day. Three adoptive home records were reviewed. Background checks for eleven additional families approved since the last inspection were reviewed. Five personnel record was reviewed. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child Placing Agencies.
