Number of children in care: 7 Number of approved provider homes: 28 Number of staff records reviewed: 3 Number of interviews conducted with staff: 1 Observations by licensing inspector: Records were available as requested. Additional Comments/Discussion: The Executive Director was available throughout the inspection as needed. An exit meeting was conducted 6-20-24. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
