Type of inspection: Monitoring An inspection was conducted on 5/25/2023 from 10:30 am until 1:30 pm. Number of children in care: 6 youth placed in ILA apartments (each over age 18) Number of approved provider homes: N/A Number of children?s records reviewed: 2 youth records reviewed Number of staff records reviewed: 0 Number of interviews conducted with staff: 1 entrance interview with the Program Director and 1 exit interview with the Program Director Additional Comments/Discussion: The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
