Technical Assistance:

Licensing inspector discussed standard, 22VAC40-131-280-c.13.b.1 with agency staff participating in the exit interview.

Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on July 25 2022 from 11:20 am to 4:20 pm and on July 26, 2022 from 8:55 am to 1:30 pm. A total of 23 children are placed and 36 approved provider homes. Three children?s records, 4 provider home records and 5 staff records were reviewed. One staff was interviewed during the inspection. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary. An exit meeting was conducted on 7/26/2022 to review the inspection findings. The department's inspection findings are subject to public disclosure.
