Type of inspection: Renewal Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 6/12/2023 from 9:30a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and 6/13/2023 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The Licensing Inspector met with the TFC Program Supervisor initiate the inspection and concluded an exit with the TFC Program Supervisor and the Regional Program Supervisor and other staff listed in the supplemental documentation. Observations by licensing inspector: posting of the license and inspection documents was observed. An exit meeting was conducted on 6/13/2023. There were no major changes made to the policies or procedures since the last inspection. The licensee provided the most recent annual report for review. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined (0) violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
