Comments:

As a result of a self-report, an unannounced focused inspection was conducted on January 7, 2020 from 9:05 am to 4:00 pm at Inspirational Youth Services located in Mechanicsville, VA. During this inspection, One (1) personnel record, Two (2) foster home records and One (1) foster child record was reviewed. One agency representative was interviewed during this inspection. An exit meeting was conducted with the Executive Director on January 7, 2020 at 3:10 pm. An acknowledgment form was signed and left at this location. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child Placing Agencies. Results of the inspection are subject to public disclosure and will be posted on the VDSS web site within five (5) days.
