22VAC40-131-140.G-The inspector provided guidance regarding the format of the written training plans used for caseworker trainees.

Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A renewal inspection was initiated on December 15, 2020 and concluded on December 21, 2020. The Program Director was contacted to initiate the inspection. The agency reported three children in care, and two approved provider homes. The agency reports one new staff hired since the last inspection. The inspector emailed the Program Director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed two complete child records and one employee record. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Results of the inspection are subject to public disclosure and will be posted on the Virginia Department of Social Services public website within five business days, regardless of whether or not the Plan of Correction is completed.
