Comments:

An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on January 18, 2022 from 11:52 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to examine the area of background check noncompliance identified during the previous monitoring inspection, no new foster homes were approved since the last inspection. The Program Manager was interviewed during this inspection. The licensee has five (5) calendar days from receipt of the inspection documentation to sign each page of the documentation and return it to the Licensing Office. The licensee should retain a copy to be posted at the facility. Results of the inspection documentation are subject to public disclosure and will be posted on the VDSS web site within 5 days
