Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at the Henrico agency on April 5, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:52 p.m. and at the Fredericksburg agency to review personnel records on April 6, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:14 p.m. The agency reports eight (8) approved foster homes. Two staff were hired since the last inspection. During this inspection, the inspector reviewed two (2) personnel records, one (1) child?s record, and one (1) foster home record. Preliminary inspection findings were reviewed on April 5, 2022 with agency representative AR2 and on April 6, 2022 with agency representative AR3. Acknowledgement forms were signed. Exit meeting was held via telephone on April 6, 2022 with agency representative AR1. The licensee has five (5) calendar days from receipt of the inspection documentation to sign each page of the documentation and return it to the Licensing Office. The licensee should retain a copy to be posted at the facility. Results of the inspection documentation are subject to public disclosure and will be posted on the VDSS web site within 5 days.
