Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/25/2020 from 9:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. and 2/26/2020 from 8:40 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The agency reported 33 children in foster care and 19 approved provider homes. During this inspection four (4) child, five (5) provider home, and four (4) personnel records were reviewed. During the license period, an additional 19 personnel records were reviewed. Background checks for all Board Officers have been reviewed during the current fiscal year. The Director, Regional Director, and Foster Care Supervisor participated in the entrance conference, remained available during the inspection, and participated in the exit interview. A Family Services Specialist, Documentation Specialist, and another Foster Care Supervisor participated in the exit interview. The exit interview was conducted on 2/26/2020 from 11:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. An acknowledgment of inspection form was signed and a copy left with the agency at the end of the inspection. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
