Comments:

An unannounced non-mandated inspection in response to a self-report was conducted on 3/11/2020 from 9:05 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. One foster child and one foster home record were reviewed. A Treatment Foster Care Supervisor and Documentation Specialist were available for the entrance conference, remained available during inspection and participated in the exit interview. The Director, a Regional Supervisor, the Admissions Manager, the Admissions Coordinator, two Family Consultants, a TFC Family Services Specialist, a Foster Home Trainer, and another Foster Care Supervisor participated in the exit interview. The Admissions Coordinator and Foster Home Trainer were interviewed during the exit interview. The exit interview was conducted from 11:55 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. An acknowledgment o f inspection form was completed and left with the agency. There were no violations of Standards for Licensed Child Placing Agencies.
