Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An announced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/16/2021 and 2/17/2021. The agency reported 12 children in foster care and 16 approved provider homes. During this inspection two (2) foster child and two (2) provider home were reviewed. No new staff were hired since the last inspection. The agency confirmed following their COVID-19 policies and procedures. The Treatment Foster Care Director responded to the notice of inspection, provided access to records, and remained available during the inspection. The Director of Treatment Foster Care, Family Services Specialist Supervisor, Documentation Supervisor, Sr. Manager of Family Services, Sr. Client Operations Manager, Sr. Manager of Foster Care, Admissions Manager, Regional Supervisor, Treatment Foster Care Program Manager, and Foster Family Trainer Supervisor participated in the exit interview on 2/17/2021. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
