Comments:

A renewal inspection was conducted on 2/22/2022 from 11:15 a.m. to 3:55 p.m. An entrance conference was conducted with the Sr. Client Operations Manager. The agency reported a current census of 12 foster children in placement and 10 approved provider homes. The inspector reviewed three (3) foster child, twelve (12) staff, and two (2) provider home records. Background checks for board officers were reviewed during the current license period. Caseloads and office setting were inspected. An exit interview was conducted on the date of inspection with the Sr. Client Operations Manager, Treatment Foster Care Regional Supervisor, Sr. Manager of Foster Care Administration, Specialist, Admissions Manager, and two Treatment Foster Care Supervisors, and one Family Services Supervisor. During the exit interview findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law. Violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
