A n unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on June 1, 2022 from 9:15 am to 4:00 pm. A total of 13 children are placed and 15 approved provider homes. Two children?s records, 2 provider home records and one staff record was reviewed. Background checks for the two board officers were reviewed. Four staff were interviewed during the inspection. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary. An exit meeting was conducted on 6/1/2022 to review the inspection findings. The department's inspection findings are subject to public disclosure.
