Type of inspection: Renewal Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 5/16/2023 from 9:30a.m. to 2.00 p.m. The Licensing Inspector met with the TFC Program Supervisor and the Family Consultant to initiate the inspection and concluded an exit with the TFC Supervisor, Director of Foster Care, Senior Manager of Family Services, Regional Program Manager, Manager of Client Operations, Documentation Specialist, Manager of Foster Care Administration, and the Admissions Manager. Number of children?s discharge records (1) Number of provider home records reviewed: (2). Number of staff records reviewed: (2). Observations by licensing inspector: posting of the license and inspection documents was observed. An exit meeting was conducted on the date of inspection. There were no major changes made to the policies or procedures since the last inspection. The licensee provided the most recent annual report for review. Technical assistance provided regarding the licensee signing its own training forms and documents The evidence gathered during the inspection determined (0) violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
