Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An announced mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/14/2021. The Regional Manager and Vice-President of Child and Family Services were provided notice of inspection by email. The Regional Manager responded to the notice, provided information necessary for the inspection, and provided the Licensing Inspector access to case records. The agency reported 11 children in placement and nine (9) approved provider homes at the time of inspection. Two (2) foster child and one (1) foster home records were reviewed. The Regional Manager, Foster Care Supervisor, and Caseworker participated in the exit interview on 1/14/2021.
