Comments:

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/21/2021and concluded on 7/26/2021. The Regional Manager of Foster Care and Independent Living was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection and reported that the current census was 10. The inspector emailed the Regional Manager of Foster Care and Independent Living a list of items required to complete the remote documentation review portion of the inspection. The inspector reviewed two (2) foster child, three (3) staff, and three (3) provider home records. Caseloads and the on call schedule submitted by the agency were also reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the Regional Manager of Foster Care and Independent Living Director of Foster Care and Independent Living, Foster Care Supervisor, and Resource Family Consultant on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
