Comments:

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/25/2022. The Director of Foster Care and Independent Living was contacted to conduct a COVID pre-screening. The onsite inspection was conducted from 10:35 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. A Treatment Foster Care Specialist participated in the entrance conference and reported a current census 10 foster children and 14 foster homes. The inspector reviewed one (1) foster child, three (3) staff, and two (2) provider home records. The office setting was inspected. An exit interview was conducted with the Director of Foster Care and Independent Living, Regional Manager of Foster Care and Independent Living, and a Foster Care Specialist on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. Additional personnel documents were requested and reviewed. An acknowledgement of inspection was left. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
