Comments:

A renewal inspection was initiated on 9/17/2021 and concluded on 9/21/2021. The Director of Foster Care and Independent Living was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The inspector emailed the Director of Foster Care and Independent Living a list of items required to complete the remote documentation review portion of the inspection. The Director of Foster Care and Independent reported a current census of six (6) children in placement. The inspector reviewed one (1) foster child, two (2) staff, and one (1) provider home records. Background checks for one (1) student intern were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the Director of Foster Care and Independent Living, Regional Manager, Foster Care Supervisor, and a Caseworker on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection.
