Inspection of the office setting and conditions by another Licensing Specialist 6/8/23 from 12:00 PM ? 1:22 PM & 4:27 PM ? 4:53 PM ? Remote inspection of a youth?s electronic record & preliminary findings meeting The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left at the facility for each date of the inspection. Number of youth in care: 3 Another licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions. Number of youth records reviewed: 1 Number of interviews conducted with staff: 2 Additional Comments/Discussion: Staff records were reviewed at the corporate office in Richmond on 6/7/23. The HR Business Partner was available and accessible during this inspection. A preliminary findings meeting was held with the HR Business Partner. An entrance conference for this agency was conducted with the Executive Director by phone on 6/8/23. A youth?s electronic record was reviewed remotely on this date. The Executive Director was available and accessible during the inspection. A preliminary findings meeting was held by phone with the he Executive Director. An exit meeting was conducted on 7/6/23 to review the inspection findings. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
