This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An announced renewal inspection was conducted on 11/24/2020. The Director of Independent Living was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. The agency reported seven (7) foster children and youth in placement and one (1) new staff hire since the last inspection. The inspector reviewed one (1) youth record and one (1) personnel record. An exit interview was conducted with the Director of Independent Living on 11/24/2020.
The information gathered during the inspection determined there were no violations of the Standards for Licensed Child Placing Agencies.
