Type of inspection: Renewal An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 12/12/22 from 10:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and 12/13/22 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. An entrance conference and preliminary findings review specific to foster care was held with the Foster Care Program Manager on 12/12/22. Preliminary findings regarding adoption was held with the Adoption Program Manager on 12/13/22. An exit interview was held on 12/15/22. Number of children in care: 12 Number of approved provider homes: 12 Number of approved adoptive homes: 10 The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions. Number of children?s records reviewed: 2 Number of provider home records reviewed: 2 Number of adoptive home records reviewed: 2 Number of staff records reviewed: 6 during the license period The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
