Comments:

An unannounced non mandated focused inspection was completed on July 10, 2019 from 9:45a.m. to 2:00p.m. The licensee reports a total of 9 children in foster care and 7 approved provider homes. During this inspection, two children?s records were reviewed to determine compliance with standards which resulted in the agency being placed on a provisional license. The team leader and case manager were available during the inspection and the exit interview which commenced at 1:30 pm. The program manager participated in the exit interview via telephone. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies. An acknowledgement form was left with the team leader at the end of the inspection.
