Personnel Background Checks Independent Living Arrangements

Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 17, 2021 from 10:10 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. The Program Manager participated in an entrance conference, tour of the office, and remained available during the inspection. The licensee reports three (3) youth currently placed in Independent Living. During this inspection one (1) youth record and one (1) personnel records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the Program Manager at 12:45 p.m. on the date of inspection. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
