Comments:

An onsite renewal inspection was initiated on 4/25/2022 and 4/26/2022. The Licensing Inspector made an onsite visit to the Roanoke, Virginia location. The inspector discussed the Covid-19 protocol with the TFC Director and the case manager present prior to proceeding with the inspection. After the protocol was cleared, the Licensing Inspector initiated the inspection. The inspector conducted an entrance conference regarding the items required to complete inspection and requested documentation for the review portion of the inspection. There were no changes to the policy and procedures and there were no program changes. The TFC Director reported a current census of Six (6) Youth in care. The inspector reviewed One (1) youth record, One (1) youth discharge record. The Licensing Inspector reviewed background checks for board officers. The Licensing Inspector reviewed Four (4) personnel records. An exit interview was conducted with Executive Director, Team Lead on the date of the inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection
